My story and mission

Having always been sensitive, empathetic and fascinated by what makes people tick, I started studying psychology and healing modalities at an early age. Firstly to discover how I could show up in the world as my best most resilient self. Then later how I can help others to do the same.

My life passions involve creating in many forms, personal development, spiritual development, health & wellness. 

​

I previously worked in the music industry for over a decade in several management roles including at two major publishing companies. As well as earlier experiences of being in bands, a singer-songwriter, and a multi-creative. These experiences gave me great empathy for other creatives and the various challenges and opportunities for creativity and commerce coming together. As a result, I work very well with creative and entrepreneurial people alike. I particularly enjoy supporting those with a heart-led mission, message or gift to share.

I believe that everyone has something to offer the world. The healthier and happier we are, the more able we are to share our gifts and be of greater service to those around us.

By freeing ourselves of negative subconscious beliefs, creating a life and action plan that supports our goals, and intentionally using our incredible focus, we really can design, attract and manifest a life we love.
